1. Service Availability
- We currently operate in North Goa, including Arpora, Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Anjuna, and nearby areas.
- Expansion to other parts of Goa is subject to availability.
- Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made via our official website, WhatsApp booking form, or phone.
- Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings if service is not feasible for your location or requested time.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Rates are based on tanker size, area, and season (regular or peak).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Peak season rates apply during high-demand periods (e.g., December–January, summer holidays).
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, UPI, and online payment.
- Full payment must be made upon delivery.
4. Water Quality
- We ensure water is clean and safe for general domestic, commercial, and construction use.
- For drinking purposes, we recommend additional filtration or purification.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage of water after delivery.
5. Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery time is 1–4 hours depending on location and availability.
- In case of emergencies, priority delivery can be arranged subject to tanker availability.
- The customer must ensure easy access for our tanker to reach the delivery point.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time without any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation charge.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic jams, road closures, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- We are not responsible for any damage to property during water delivery if proper access and safety measures are not provided by the customer.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery details when booking.
- Ensure safe and legal parking space for tanker delivery.
- Supervise the delivery if required, especially for large tankers.
9. Changes to Terms
- BlueWavez Tankers reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
